Thanks to our advanced camera and keycard system, we minimize the chance of unwanted visitors. Change= ensures that their residents at each complex are extra safe.

From Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30 there is always a receptionist, technical service and a community employee present. Also, in the evenings and on weekends you can call on the caretaker for building-related emergencies.

Change= has a zero-tolerance policy around drug use, harassment and disorderly conduct. Change= considers it very important that residents feel safe in the building. Safety gives peace and comfort. It challenges people to think ‘out-of-the-box’ and discover new possibilities. The vision of safety that Change= applies extends beyond the building alone. The team on site offers a feeling of coming home and is available for the residents.
